At Robertson’s Property Solutions LLC, we take pride in providing professional, high-quality service on every project. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final.

Once payment has been made and/or work has started, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued — no exceptions. This policy applies to all deposits, labor, materials, and services — completed or not.

All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your project on our schedule and cover upfront costs. If any materials or supplies have been purchased or provided for your job, the total balance remains due in full, even if the project is not completed or is canceled for any reason outside of our control.

Clients are encouraged to carefully review all estimates and project details before approving or submitting payment. We’re always glad to answer questions before work begins to ensure clear understanding of scope and costs.
