Welcome to Robertson’s Property Solutions LLC. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or scheduling a service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting. Prices may change if additional labor, materials, or unforeseen conditions arise. Any such changes will be communicated and approved before extra work is performed.

2. Deposits and Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your project and cover upfront costs. Once payment has been made or work has begun, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances.

If materials or supplies have been purchased or delivered for your job, the total balance remains due in full, even if the project is not completed or is canceled for reasons outside of our control (including customer delays, access restrictions, or change of plans).

3. No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales and services provided by Robertson’s Property Solutions LLC are final.
This applies to all deposits, materials, labor, and services — whether completed or not.
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges, with no exceptions.

By approving an estimate, scheduling a service, or submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Job scheduling depends on weather, equipment availability, and prior commitments. Robertson’s Property Solutions LLC reserves the right to adjust scheduling as needed. If a project is canceled or delayed by the client after materials have been purchased or work has begun, all associated costs and deposits remain due in full.

5. Property Access and Work Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe, accessible, and ready for service. Delays or additional costs resulting from unsafe or inaccessible conditions are the client’s responsibility.

6. Workmanship and Quality Assurance

We take pride in providing high-quality, professional service. Any concerns regarding workmanship must be reported within 48 hours of job completion. At our discretion, adjustments or touch-ups may be provided, but refunds or discounts will not be issued.

7. Liability

Robertson’s Property Solutions LLC is fully licensed and insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden conditions, or damages resulting from factors beyond our control, including weather, third-party interference, or client negligence.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, accepting an estimate, or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Robertson’s Property Solutions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
